The Sanderson Farms Championship offers its fans a digital ticketing management tool in Ticketmaster’s Account Manager. Account Manager provides fans the ability to enter the tournament using their mobile device or send tickets to friends.
All tickets for the 2022 Sanderson Farms Championship will be mobile only and digitally delivered to your mobile device.
As soon as you order your tickets online, they will be delivered to the email address you used to purchase them. You can then save the tickets to your mobile wallet or transfer them to family or friends. Can I enter the Sanderson Farms Championship with a paper ticket?
No, all tickets for the Sanderson Farms Championship are mobile only. No paper tickets will be distributed.
Can I buy tickets the day of the event?
Yes. Visit Will Call located at Northpark Mall where you will be assisted in purchasing a mobile ticket.
How do I access my mobile tickets?
You can visit this page to view your available tickets, purchase additional tickets or more information on how to access your tickets.
Can I print my ticket at home?
No, all tickets are digital and only available through your mobile device. Make sure your device is charged and your ticket is readily available once you arrive onsite.
What happens if my ticket doesn’t scan properly?
A general solution is to turn your screen brightness to the highest setting. If that doesn’t work, the person scanning your ticket will be able to validate it by entering your ticket number into the scanner. There will be support staff onsite to help with any issues that may arise.
Does the person I’m transferring tickets to need a Ticketmaster account?
Yes. When they click the “accept tickets” button in the email they receive, they will be prompted to either set up an account if they don’t already have one or log in to an existing account.
What happens if I sent the ticket to the wrong person?
You are able to reclaim the tickets by cancelling the transfer as long as that person has not already accepted them. Please carefully enter the recipient’s contact information to avoid this happening.
Can tickets be transferred once the event has started?
Yes, but once the ticket has been scanned at the entry gate, it can no longer be transferred.
Can a screenshot of my ticket be scanned?
No, screenshots of tickets will not be valid when they are scanned. Any guests arriving to the main entry gate with a screenshot will be directed to Will Call at Northpark Mall and will be required to provide photo identification to verify they are the ticket owner we have on record.
Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes, you can easily swipe to view multiple tickets within your account.
