Sanderson Farms Championship Announces Early Player Commitments

JACKSON, Miss. (October 21, 2015) — K.J. Choi, Vice Captain of the 2015 Presidents Cup, joins a strong Sanderson Farms Championship field that includes several returning participants.

Boo Weekley, Sean O’Hair and Jonathan Byrd will join Choi in teeing off at The Country Club of Jackson for the Championship. All three played in the Sanderson Farms Championship last year. Also joining the field are Aaron Baddeley, Patrick
Rodgers, Jarrod Lyle and Jhonattan Vegas.

“We are excited about the recent additions to the Sanderson Farms Championship field,” said Steve Jent, Executive Director of the tournament. “The word has spread among the players about the experience we have here in Jackson, and our position as one of the season opening events in the FedExCup race provides them with a great opportunity to get a jump on the new season.”

The 48th Sanderson Farms Championship is set for November 2 – 8, 2015, at The Country Club of Jackson in Jackson, Miss.
