The Sanderson Farms Championship is pleased to announce that John Soules Foods will return as Presenting Sponsor for the Monday Pro-Am for the second consecutive year. The John Soules Foods Pro-Am will be held on Monday, October 24, 2016.
John Soules Foods is recognized nationally as a leading producer of high quality value-added meat products. The company has emerged as the leading fajita processing and marketing company in the US, distributing its line of fajita products to food service distributors, national/regional restaurant groups; supermarket chains, and institutional businesses.
“We are extremely grateful to John Soules Foods for coming back on board to sponsor the Monday Pro-Am for the second consecutive year,” said Joe F. Sanderson, Jr., CEO and Chairman of the Board of Sanderson Farms.
“John Soules Foods is honored to be part of the 2016 Sanderson Farms Championship,” said John Soules, Jr., CEO of John Soules Foods. “We can’t think of a better way to help Friends of Children’s Hospital and the kids at Batson Children’s Hospital, part of Children’s of Mississippi. We hope to be associated with the event for years to come.”
Pro-Ams give amateur golfers the opportunity to play alongside professional players and engage with some of the biggest names in the game. This year’s John Soules Foods Pro-Am will be played in a walking, shamble format, comprised of three amateurs and one PGA TOUR professional.
The 49th Sanderson Farms Championship is set for October 24-30, 2016 at The Country Club of Jackson.
